ciaranroche.com is the personal portfolio and working archive of Ciarán Paul Roche. It presents websites, business history, art, film, music and projects in development. Information may be revised as the archive grows and projects change.

Reproduction, resale, republication, model training or commercial reuse requires prior written permission unless the law provides otherwise.

YouTube, Bluesky, Unsplash, the Prelinger Archives and other referenced services or source materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. An embed, quotation or link does not imply endorsement by either side.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact form, probe private areas without permission, interfere with the site, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code or use the site in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.
Availability and accuracy

Projects and domain enquiries
Projects shown here may be experiments, prototypes, independent public-good work, client work or historical archive material; each project’s own notices control where provided. A domain listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer, option, reservation, valuation or promise that a proposed use is legally available. A domain sale exists only under a written agreement signed by both parties. Buyers are responsible for trademark, regulatory, tax, technical and commercial due diligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Ciarán Paul Roche is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; lost profit, opportunity or data; or loss arising from reliance on this site, project examples, domain ideas or third-party sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Pennsylvania law
These website terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a website dispute may lawfully be brought in Pennsylvania, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts serving Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues.
